This Refund Policy applies to Tesemble, a product of SecureText Research Labs Private Limited. Tesemble is sold as credit purchases. There is no subscription.
1. General refund terms
At SecureText Research Labs Private Limited, we are committed to delivering high-quality software. We provide refunds in the situations set out below.
2. Eligibility for refunds
Refunds for Tesemble credit purchases may be issued under the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase.
- Refunds are provided only if the credits have not been substantially used. Significant usage, such as running many simulations or using the core features, may disqualify a refund.
- Where a refund is approved for a purchase that has been partly used inside the 14-day window, the refund may be limited to the unused credits.
- After 14 days, a credit purchase is non-refundable.
3. Non-refundable situations
Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:
- The refund request is made after the 14-day window has passed.
- The product has been used extensively, and the main features of the product have been accessed.
- Issues arise due to misuse, mismanagement, or failure to follow usage guidelines by the user.
- Free credits, free trials, promotional discounts, or demo access do not qualify for refunds.
4. Free credits and promotional offers
If you received free credits, a free trial, or a discounted promotional rate, that access does not qualify for a refund. A later paid credit purchase is eligible only within the refund window above.
5. How to request a refund
Email care@researchify.io with:
- Your name
- What you purchased
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 7 business days.
6. Refund processing
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
7. Cancellations
Credit purchases do not renew. There is no subscription to cancel. A purchase can be reversed only where it meets the eligibility rules above. Credits outside that window are not refunded.
8. Modifications to this refund policy
SecureText Research Labs Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or by email notification.
